Welcome to St Lawrence Lightning, an elite basketball club catering to female athletes in the Kingston to Brockville corridor who are interested in playing high level basketball. Our mission is to provide a supportive and challenging environment where female athletes can develop their basketball skills and reach their full potential.
Our team at St Lawrence Lightning is dedicated to empowering female athletes through basketball. We believe in the power of teamwork, perseverance, and skill development. Each member of our coaching and support staff is committed to helping our players grow both on and off the court.
