Coaches Randy & Jason - Thank you

The St. Lawrence Lightning would like to recognize and thank Randy Douglas and Jason Reynolds for their dedication, leadership, and lasting contributions to our program.

Randy and Jason have both been part of the Lightning story from the beginning. As founders, builders, and coaches, they helped bring together the partnership between the Brockville Blazers and Kingston Impact to create a new regional approach to high level basketball opportunities for female athletes in our region.

Randy helped coordinate the amalgamation from the Brockville side, led our inaugural JUEL Prep team to a silver medal, continued to guide the program in the seasons that followed, and finished his Lightning coaching tenure this past season as our JUEL Head Coach.

Jason has spent the past 10 years helping support and grow the JUEL pathway in our region, first through Kingston Impact and then in partnership with Randy through the creation of the St. Lawrence Lightning.

While Jason will be moving away from the sideline, he will continue to support the club in an administrative and coaching development role.
